Affiliate manager
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network, optimize traffic performance, and drive high-quality user acquisition. You will work with partners across US, UK, CA, and AU markets, negotiating deals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring the best possible results. No bureaucracy – just data-driven decisions, full ownership of your processes, and a direct impact on business growth.

The platform enables 24/7 communication and content sharing without compromising performance or user experience. With a focus on high-load handling, excellent UX/UI, and a unique monetization strategy, we offer a top-tier product in the market. Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets.

- Manage existing partners: maintain regular communication, ensure contract compliance, and promptly address partner requests and suggestions
- Source and onboard new partners: identify high-potential traffic sources, negotiate terms, and formalize agreements
- Monitor traffic quality and performance: track key metrics (CAC, ARPPU 7d/30d, ROMI, Fraud Rate, etc.), detect fraud, and optimize traffic efficiency
- Optimize partner performance based on analytics: analyze data to adjust rates, terms, and offers, and develop recommendations to improve traffic quality
- Collaborate with other teams: work closely with Analytics, Product, and B2B departments to align on shared business objectives
