United Tech is looking for a Community Manager (Reddit) to manage and grow accounts with a strong focus on organic engagement and building trust within communities
About the product: We have built an international web platform that truly changes the way people meet and connect across Tier-1 markets. More than one million users from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom already trust us when they are looking for meaningful, genuine relationships rather than superficial matches
- Create new Reddit accounts and gradually grow them

Increase key account metrics (karma, activity, subreddit participation) in line with internal requirements

Manage and maintain existing accounts

Ensure consistent activity through comments, posts, and content interaction

Work across different subreddits to build a natural account history

Monitor account quality and ensure compliance with defined metrics

Track accounts and performance in spreadsheets
