Creative Marketing Manager / Producer (→ Team Lead)

Our global goal is to become a top 5 international social networking service, with plans to expand into Latin American and Asian markets

Develop a creative marketing strategy for each traffic channel (primary – Meta, then Google, new sources) in close collaboration with the UA team

Own the full creative cycle: from concept to final production

Manage the creative team – assign tasks to designers and copywriters, give feedback, control quality and deadlines

Generate and brainstorm creative concepts, turning insights into hypotheses

Run creative testing: formulate hypotheses, read results, extract insights for the next iterations

Analyze competitors' concepts and market trends to avoid creative fatigue and find new approaches

Research user behavior and funnels, identify factors that drive performance

Build a creative testing knowledge base with structured reporting

Improve and scale creative production and testing processes together with the marketing team
