As an HR Business Partner, you will work with the team engaged in the products of one of our platforms, being deeply involved in their growth and success. You will enhance communication effectiveness among specialists, elevate team management quality by training both leaders and their teams, and collaborate with a supportive, experienced group of HRBPs who are always ready to brainstorm and implement ideas.

- Collaborate with the CEO on HR processes
- Drive impactful changes in HR processes based on business needs
- Address HR requests from the CEO, including projects on training, analytics, management development, and more
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Conduct regular performance reviews, 1-1s with specialists, and provide quality feedbackFocus on employee engagement, motivation, and retention
- Monitor team dynamics and implement initiatives to improve team climate
- Develop and support the company’s corporate culture and values
