Junior HRBP
We are looking for a Junior HRBP, who will join our HR team and take ownership of key HR processes for company employees. You will be there every step of the way: running welcome presentations for new joiners on their first day, partnering closely with managers, leading 1-1s and performance reviews, and supporting the full adaptation cycle. This is a real chance to grow into an independent HRBP through mentorship, involvement in exciting cross-functional projects, and the support of a team that genuinely invests in your development

- Conduct welcome presentations for new employees on their first day
- Work closely with managers and support them in day-to-day people-related matters
- Conduct performance reviews and 1-1 meetings
- Track and close the adaptation process for new employees
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing development
- Keep HR processes, follow-ups and documentation organized and up to date
- Make sure important people-related tasks are completed on time and nothing gets lost along the way
