One of our flagship products is an ad-free international streaming platform where users engage in real time through video chats and live broadcasts. But that’s just part of our ecosystem, we’re also developing other products within the niche, each with its own mechanics, audience, and monetization model. About your role: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager that will be at the heart of our marketing engine — the one who keeps complex campaigns, teams, and tools running in sync. Your mission is to bring clarity to fast-paced growth: document workflows, optimize collaboration, and ensure every marketing initiative turns into a repeatable, data-backed process that scales across markets.
- Maintain and organize all marketing documentation — formalize processes, instructions, templates, tests, and experiments in Confluence and related tools
- Ensure team alignment with agreed procedures — monitor process adherence, track deviations, and propose improvements
- Conduct retrospectives and collect feedback — moderate sessions, analyze outcomes, and prepare actionable recommendations
- Support the operational efficiency of the marketing team — assist with planning, roadmap creation, OKRs, and reporting structure
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement — analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process optimization
- Summarize meetings and project outcomes — prepare contact reports, summaries, and maintain a library of experiments
- Foster transparent communication across all marketing functions
