Partner Success Manager (ESP)
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager who thrives on building meaningful relationships and turning them into long-term business impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with international partners across Tier-1 markets, helping them unlock the full potential of our high-load social networking and streaming products used by millions of users worldwide. It’s about becoming a trusted advisor, driving partner growth, and influencing product and business decisions through direct feedback and insights from the market
- Build strong, consultative relationships with partners through regular and open communication
- Deliver trainings and presentations on products, new features, and motivational programs
- Onboard and train new partners to ensure a smooth and effective start of cooperation
- Support existing partners with timely responses, helping them fully leverage platform functionalities and resolve payment, fines, and legal-related issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and support teams to address partner needs and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Drive partner success in business development by identifying growth opportunities and removing blockers
- Prepare actionable recommendations to improve project performance based on partner feedback
