Administrative Coordinator

As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the team, shaping the daily experience of our people, keeping things organized and running smoothly, and making sure the office is a place people enjoy coming to.

- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and coordinate all administrative processes
- Support the HR Brand team in organizing corporate events
- Manage the shipment of corporate gifts
- Keep track of corporate gift inventory
- Communicate with courier services and oversee the sending and receiving of correspondence
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, liaising with service providers (electrician, plumber, security, etc.)
- Assist in organizing office events, workshops, and trainings
- Manage internal documentation
- Support the HR team with ongoing tasks
