Employer Brand Manager

That is why we are looking for an Employer Brand Manager who will strengthen our culture, connect people across teams and countries, and create experiences that make specialists proud to be part of our company.

Our products engage millions of users across North America, Europe, LATAM, and MENA, ranking among the top 5 in their niches. We also ranked 5th among product IT companies in the DOU employers rating, and your mission will be to make our employer brand even stronger.
Together with the Lead Brand Manager, Employer Brand Manager, SMM, and Brand Designer, you will work closely with the TA and HR teams to strategically grow our employer brand, nurture our culture, and build initiatives that unite people and strengthen our community spirit.
- Contribute to shaping the Employer Brand strategy for 2026 and participate in updating the EVP
- Build and strengthen partnerships: external, internal, and within professional communities
- Launch and organize events of various formats, from small online meetups to large-scale offline gatherings
- Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and company-wide events
- Co-create and help organize hackathons, internships, and similar engagement programs together with other teams
- Collaborate on media content: from preparing articles with experts to building relationships with media outlets
- Management and organization of team-building activities for teams
- Participate in developing and maintaining the company’s Ambassador Program
- Work closely with the Brand team to ensure synergy across all brand initiatives
