Facebook User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for professional and motivated Facebook User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and to achieve the highest goals together.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Lead user acquisition process within Facebook Ads for different products in the social networking niche;
  • Launching, optimizing, and scaling worldwide marketing campaigns (Facebook);
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of ad campaigns;
  • Split testing of advertising creatives, optimizations, and audiences;
  • Interact with the creative department: the generation of ideas and feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing materials provided;
  • Search for new schemes to attract users: test non-traditional approaches for user acquisition – e.g. redirect from the chatbot, web2app, web2card, brand awareness with performance component;
  • Build a strong and productive relationship with a Facebook Ads account manager ;
  • Strategy development and execution with respect to new traffic sources.

About you:

  • 1+ year experience in social ads (and/or Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok ads) (app acquisition, gaming, dating will be plus);
  • Experience operating $50K+ monthly budgets with positive ROI for social media channels;
  • Great understanding of the general principles of media buying and attracting users;
  • Experience of working with MMPs and web-analytical platforms
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers;
  • Familiar with User Acquisition KPIs (LTV, CTR, IPM, CVR, CPI, ROAS, retention, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in changing market trends;
  • Passion for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness.

Will be a plus if it is also about you:

  • Experience with Facebook iOS 14.5+ and Web2App campaigns.
