Financial Controller

United Tech is looking for a talented Financial Controller to strengthen our finance department.

Finance Controller is a must-have role for any Finance team nowadays, so we’re looking for a results-oriented specialist with strong analytical skills and deep experience in financial/accounting operations. The job is an excellent opportunity to help build out the finance function and actively participate in improving and automatizing processes.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Execution of the day-to-day financial operations controlling and accounting supervision
  • Monitoring and analysis of receivables/payables and expenses
  • Monthly preparation of the reports (Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Cash Flow control
  • Support and control of external and internal audit
  • Optimization of administrative and associated costs of the project
  • Planning the structure of accounts with the team, control over the timely completion of tasks 
  • Interaction with the company and automation of its workflow processes

  • Work closely with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure appropriate finance processes
  • Participate in communication with external partners (banks, financial organizations, advertising networks)
  • Prepare financial reports for the management board
  • Participate in various projects and ad hoc assignments if required

About you:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably with IT company, Big 4 Public Accounting, international public company, or FMCG company)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI at a high level
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting
  • High level of self-organization, ability to manage priorities and analyze complex issues
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication, and writing skills
  • Analytical mindset, ability to make quality business decisions, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • International qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA will be a plus
