Head of Partnership
United Tech is on the lookout for a visionary and proactive Head of Partnership to join our dynamic and rapidly growing product. With us, you'll have the opportunity to own your direction, influence the product, analyze our work, and spearhead new ideas, changes, and improvements.
- Hands-on management of partners: 50% of your time
- Track partner KPIs and communicate those KPIs to partners, helping them improve their results
- Improve partner conversions through the funnel as we move them along the partner lifecycle in the team
- Improve processes within the team
- Track team KPIs and work on improving them
- Finding and acquiring new business partners from Latin American countries
- Conduct competitor analysis, contribute to the formulation of strategic goals, and develop the tools necessary to achieve them
- Work closely with the analytical and product teams to implement the solutions needed to achieve regional objectives
