Head of Product for streamers part

We’re looking for a Head of Product with an experience in the gaming or two-sided marketplace industry who helps us build our social networking platform with gamification mechanics and boost our content providers’ retention and overall satisfaction. In this role, you will take a proactive position in product evolution, technical solutions, and process improvement. Also, you’ll be able to influence the product, improve business performance and enhance the business partners acquisition funnels.

About the product: Our mobile product helps discover new people, communicate without borders worldwide, create communities, and share interesting content. What you’ll help us do:

  • Deliver a business growth of existing product
  • Analyze business metrics to improve users activation and retention
  • Implement gamification mechanics into the product
  • Improve the existing retention mechanics focusing on email and push notifications campaigns
  • Suggest areas of improvement and new features based on collected data and research on users’ needs
  • Work in close collaboration with Development, Design, Analytics, and QA teams
  • Manage the roadmap, participate in tasks planning and prioritization
  • Review of implemented tasks by the Dev team
  • Participate in A/B testing: design, launch, control, analysis
  • Meet iteration goals and deadlines

It’s all about you:

  • 3+ years of experience in a PM / BA / PO position
  • At least 1+ year of experience with gaming / two-sides marketplace products
  • Measurement of product success based on data
  • Practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of email marketing retention mechanics
  • Excellent understanding of digital product development processes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, business orientation
  • Intermediate level of English or higher
  • Background in market research and data analysis (will be a plus)
  • Experience with the social networking domain (will be a plus)
