About the job
We are looking for a Jr Game Developer (Playable Ads) (HTML5 / Phaser / Unity) to join our team. You will be responsible for building highly optimized, engaging playable ad mini-games for our mobile titles and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to deliver outstanding user acquisition campaigns across Tier-1 markets.
- Develop and launch 10–20 second Playable Ads for iOS/Android campaigns.
- Build ads using HTML5 / Phaser 3 or Unity (C#)
- Adapt design team assets (images, UI, animations) into interactive ad experiences
- Optimize playable ads to meet strict size limits (2–5 MB) and fast loading times
- Integrate and test ads with major ad networks (AppLovin, Ironsource, Unity Ads, TikTok, Facebook)
- Ensure cross-device compatibility and mobile browser optimization
- Deliver ad builds to the marketing team, ready for deployment.
