Manual QA Engineer (Backend)
We’re looking for a mid-level Manual QA Engineer (Backend) with a detail-oriented, quality-first mindset. In this role, you’ll join a fast-evolving, technically complex product at an exciting stage of growth — working on features from the earliest development phases and shaping testing processes side by side with our QA Tech Lead.
You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into functional, smoke, sanity, API, and performance testing, create clear and structured test documentation, and directly influence the quality and stability of our backend systems. Working closely with experienced specialists, you’ll get support, mentorship, and the chance to sharpen your skills — or even step into automation.

- Requirement analysis and testing
- Writing test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.)
- Conducting all types of testing at different stages of the SDLC
- A/B Testing
- Testing new functionality and performing regression testing
- Active participation in the decomposition and estimation of technical and business features
- Close collaboration with developers and product managers
- Support tickets investigation
