Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. If you are interested in finding the best talents, building relationships with hiring managers, and creating a strong team, we are looking for you!
Your main task is to attract and select the best candidates for the open roles and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Our company's global goal is to boost product development and achieve ambitious business results.

Your future team:

  • The Talent Acquisition team consists of 3 recruiters and 4 sources. We work with ATS Lever, Github, Stackoverflow, Gitter, and Behance, with automated systems and extensions and other interesting solutions
  • We have a friendly team of skilled professionals that share knowledge and support each other
  • We constantly learn something new: the team has a base of paid recruiting courses and knowledge-sharing sessions

Your future responsibilities:

  • You will use traditional and experimental methods to find the best candidates for open positions
  • You will conduct full-cycle recruitment
  • You’ll create an effective strategy with hiring managers to source, attract and retain new hires
  • You will improve recruitment processes
  • You will promote corporate vision and culture
  • You will manage our ATS and maintain data integrity

Superpowers you have are:

  • 2+ years related experience in IT recruitment (experience in a product company will be an advantage)
  • Experience in teamwork with hiring managers, you had the opportunity to be in the role of a recruitment partner that helps in solving business problems
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and candidate databases. You know how to measure your own metrics (Response Rate, Rejection Rate, TTH of the vacancies you lead)
  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must
  • You have excellent communication and interviewing skills and you know how to negotiate and work with objections
