Product Marketing Manager (CRO)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join United Tech and take ownership of a key product direction with a clear impact on conversion results. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling a systematic approach to analysing, optimizing, and testing landing pages across Facebook and affiliate channels. From the very start, you’ll get the chance to develop and launch multiple landing pages for testing, as well as design and implement data-driven hypotheses aimed at improving key conversion metrics. It’s an opportunity to grow into a Senior role while expanding your scope of responsibilities, driving measurable improvements, and shaping the marketing strategy in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

  • Systematically collect and analyse competitor landing pages across different channels
  • Evaluate the performance of existing landing pages from both UX and technical stability perspectives
  • Formulate clear, data-driven hypotheses for A/B tests tailored to each channel’s specifics
  • Prepare detailed specifications for implementation, including event tracking requirements
  • Launch and monitor experiments, analyse results, and adjust strategies based on data insights
  • Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring quality control of all implementations
  • Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and developers to ensure smooth testing and execution of changes
