About your role: Your role will be about ensuring that sprints and releases happen on time, with clarity, predictability, and full transparency for the whole team. You will drive process discipline, making sure Definition of Ready and Definition of Done aren’t just words but the way we work. Are you in?
- Plan and execute sprints and releases (grooming, retro, testing during the sprint/release, monitoring timely implementation of the sprint/release plan)
- Monitor implementation of features according to task descriptions
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and ensure team alignment (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Track and improve the process in Jira
- Keep documentation up to date
