Senior Game Developer

We desire to grow and build a team in Turkey for a new product in the interactive story genre of lifestyle games.

About the job: We are looking for an experienced Mid level/Senior Game Developer to join our team to be part of creating and launching a new mobile app for iOS and Android platforms in a new niche for people from the Tier-1 region.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

  • Develop and deploy the product’s game features from scratch
  • Create scalable, sustainable, and high-efficiency software to shape the stories in the game
  • Focus on what the user needs/wants
  • Process feedback and work with creative direction to iterate software throughout the game to increase player experience and improve motivation

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience with game development
  • Proven development experience in C# and Unity 3D
  • Have good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
  • Have good understanding of SOLID principles
  • Knowledgeable/Interested in writing clean code with sound software architectures such as MVC/MVCS
  • Able to collaborate with others by using Git version control system
  • Able to work in an agile fashion, with Scrum methodology

Will be a plus:

  • High level of social skills for clear communication
  • Detail-oriented with a strong “hands-on mentality” 
  • Result-oriented with a high level of commitment and owner mindset
  • Empathetic to create synergy within a remote working international team
  • Interested in Backend as a Service solutions such as Playfab
  • Contribute to the design of the game with the team
