About the role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the hiring process and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring teams, helping them find and attract the right talent while shaping decisions that move the company forward. You’ll work in an open, supportive environment where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and bureaucracy doesn’t stand in the way.

You’ll be supported by a TA Lead who values partnership, transparency, and professional growth, and with time, you’ll have the chance to step up to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager role.
- Become a trusted partner for hiring managers — helping define role requirements, align priorities, and guide them through every stage of the hiring process
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: conduct intake meetings, define search focus, perform screenings and HR interviews, coordinate interview stages, and ensure a smooth offer and onboarding experience
- Collaborate closely with sourcers to set priorities, align on candidate profiles, and provide timely feedback within agreed SLAs
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies together with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS — from creating vacancies to updating candidate statuses and ensuring data completeness
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of the company
- Stay engaged with product and business teams to deeply understand hiring needs and confidently present the product to candidates
