User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a talented User Acquisition Manager to join our United Tech team.

Our business unit focuses on developing and marketing our highly loaded Social Networking product, which connects millions of individuals worldwide, enabling them to meet, communicate, and forge new friendships. This role offers the potential for advancement as a team lead within the User Acquisition Management department.

In this role, you will:

  • Involve user acquisition for the product: launching and optimizing ad campaigns
  • Monitoring and improving critical KPIs for the campaigns and analyzing them through analytics systems
  • Creating hypotheses and testing them to improve primary KPIs
  • Solving technical problems with the media sources: tracking solutions, conversion windows, quality control of reporting
  • Maintaining effective communication with the product team and advertising network managers

It’s all about you:

  • Understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem and technical peculiarities of ad networks (how Ad auctions work, basics of ad pricing, factors which affect pricing)
  • Understanding of how MMP works (AppsFlyer, AdJust, etc.) and experience in solving technical issues on their end
  • Experience with multiple traffic sources (TikTok, Snap, etc.)
  • Ability to present and visualize the results of work competently and concisely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsibility and attention to details
  • Commitment and motivation - desire to develop in the marketing field
  • Orientation to work in a team
