About your role: As a Moderation Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our social networking ecosystem, navigating real user-generated content and helping maintain a trusted environment for a fast-growing global platform. This role is for someone who can stay focused, think clearly, and make solid decisions in dynamic situations where attention to detail truly matters
- Review photos, messages, and live-streaming content in accordance with social networking policies, workflows, and targets, including potentially sensitive or disturbing materials
- Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and quality across all daily tasks
- Generate reports on completed tasks and make suggestions for efficiency improvements
