Head of Revenue Growth

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Growth. You will own the full revenue engine across a portfolio of mature, monetizing platforms in social discovery and live-streaming, not one funnel, not one channel, but the whole picture. That means P&L accountability, paid acquisition across mobile and web, monetization strategy, product growth experiments, and the unit economics that tie it all together. You will work directly with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Head of DS & AI, and five Product Owners . We move fast, cut through bureaucracy, and give real ownership to people who can handle it. Hiring process

  • Own the full revenue funnel and its P&L from acquisition to repeat payments — accountable to ROAS LT0/LT7/LT30 targets and blended payback

  • Develop and execute the revenue growth strategy across paid traffic (mobile + web), product growth, and monetization, owning channel mix, budget allocation, and scaling decisions

  • Generate, prioritize, and validate growth and monetization hypotheses with Product and Tech, driving prioritization of Product Owner backlogs for growth work

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across onboarding, activation, paywalls/coin-packs, and pricing

  • Own unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROAS, payback) and the cohort LTV model; ensure scalable, margin-aware growth given streamer revshare

  • Partner with Payments and Risk to maximize payment conversion and approval rates, and expand margin-accretive web/direct billing

  • Build revenue dashboards and a single source of truth for performance metrics, with shared metric definitions and transparency across teams
